What we want:

Spring Venture Group is looking for an experienced Portfolio Manager to drive organizational alignment for IT application development, and other medium to large scale cross-departmental operational initiatives. This individual will manage the complete end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise projects from initial intake through implementation and monitoring. The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for keeping project teams on course, and aligned with the business strategy. This individual will also be responsible for providing visibility into project status and progress, and establishing effective communication with key stakeholders and executives.

What we want:

As a Back-End Web Developer at Spring Venture Group, you will be responsible for managing the interchange of data between our websites (forms and on-page scripts) and our servers. Your work will ensure proper data handling including delivery, integrity, and security. Your primary focus will be the development of server-side logic, definition, and maintenance of the central database, and performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end. A strong understanding of front-end development is necessary, as you will be responsible for integrating front-end elements built by the front-end developer and UI developer.

Learning and Development Specialist

What we want:

 

As a Learning and Development Specialist at Spring Venture Group, you will design and execute training programs that will equip employees with the skills and knowledge to competently perform the duties of their role immediately upon exiting training. Your primary focus will be to ensure that all sales agents master the skills required to efficiently and capably perform in their role. You will also be responsible for assisting the Learning and Development Team in the creation, updating, and maintenance of applicable classroom and e-learning curriculum. You will serve as a subject matter expert for training information, identify training needs, and design training and continuing education workshops.
